My youngest who is 6 is loosing her teeth.  After digging in her closet to find her make shift keepsake we realized how bad it’s overflowing with everything from her hospital bracelet to this past years kindergarten artwork.  I didn’t feel safe putting her teeth in the unorganized, overflowed box.  Now what should we do with her baby teeth?  She’s litterally outgrown her baby keepsake box.  Actually it’s a plastic box we bought at the store that holds all the things we’ve found to be special and worth keeping these past six years.  My son has a box that I covered in wrapping paper, including the lid or top that goes on it.  Both are make shift keepsake boxes I threw together as a necessity.  I have never really been able to find a nice box that I would consider big enough to hold all of my baby’s things except a plastic box.

Baby Keepsake Box to Hold Baby's FirstsBut this month we found this adorable handcrafted, handpainted Baby Keepsake Box that’s big enough to hold a 12 x12 x 12 scrapbook plus all the little extra us moms want to cherish.  It’s beautifully handpainted and hand crafted and has everything you need to keep all of baby’s firsts.  The first pair of booties, lock of hair, baby blanket, photos, teeth and more.  Inside each keepsake box are tiny organza bags that hold all of baby’s things and it also includes two special wooden boxes for baby booties and baby teeth.  They are available in blue, pink and green and are sturdy and strong and can keep your baby’s firsts secure and safe.  If you’re a new mom ..trust me.. get your keepsake box early because just after baby is born you’ll have all kinds of things you’ll want to cherish, and you need to have a special place ready and waiting that you can trust is safe and secure leave them.

This baby keepsake box, packed with all the accessories to help keep baby’s first secure and safe would make a great new mom gift or a truly unique baby shower gift for the new parents!

I know this is a great gift idea for all of my children except for one. Would you believe that I have a child that hates losing teeth so much that she actually FLUSHES THEM (yes, as in DOWN THE TOILET) as soon as they come out? I should be saving all that tooth fairy money for a psychologist, huh?

Seriously, I think these little boxes are a great idea! Much better than the envelopes my parents saved my teeth in. ANd we know that we as parents will save EVERYTHING won’t we?
