Author: It’s cold outside isn’t it? We are located in the south and it’s cold here, I can’t imagine what it is like further north. I’ve seen pictures of the snow and the ice and it can just stay there. Too cold for my southern blood. And, I have seen so many parents lately not wrapping their babies up properly when going outside. Some didn’t even have socks on their tiny feet or even a jacket!
