Catch the Glimpse of Celebrity Baby Showers

Celebrity baby showers are one of the most anticipated events of a celebrity’s life. From fans to the media and the celebrity herself are on edge of their seats waiting for the baby showers. Britney Spears: Britney was given a Moroccan themed baby shower for her first child. The venue was decorated with flaming torches and bamboo huts to further complement the mood of the baby shower. A glowing eight month pregnant Britney was dressed-up in black and treated her guests to Moroccan cuisine that included Moroccan Brisket and Salad Tangiers. The highlight of the baby shower was a cake in the shape of a Moroccan pot with a baby peeking out from the top. Britney was gifted a wrought-iron bassinet, a car seat, a stroller, a baby bath tub and lots of stuffed animals.

Heidi Klum: German supermodel Heidi Klum celebrated a Mexican themed baby shower party in New York. The baby shower was attended by 25 of her closest friends and she treated her guests to a meal catered by Dos Caminos restaurant. Later, as baby shower favors she presented to her guests pink tots stuffed with beauty products and gift certificates from Victoria’s Secret’s Pink collection.

Brooke Shields: Brooke Shields received three baby showers from friends and family during her pregnancy. While the first one has been mentioned in her book ‘Down Came The Rain’, the second one was a large-scale event hosted by fashion designer Liz Lange in the lawn of a friend’s Malibu estate. About 80 guests were invited to this grand event, which was shower for a baby girl. The third baby shower for her second pregnancy was thrown by her cast-mates from Broadway musical ‘Chicago’ and it was based on a Moroccan theme.

Angelina Jolie: The baby-shower for Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie was based on a Namibian culture theme. She was accompanied by her husband Brad Pitt and family members. The baby shower was hosted before the birth of her baby and the guests gifted the couple with clay pots and baskets. Angelina also got a $17,000 pacifier for her baby Shiloh as well as a unique baby clothing bouquet called the Baby Bunch!
